This policy explains what information LeaderBoard Caddie collects when you visit leaderboardcaddie.com or use the LeaderBoard Caddie app, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@leaderboardcaddie.com.
Information you give us
Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message. We use it only to answer you.
League accounts. When a league uses LeaderBoard Caddie, the league admin and players provide information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, handicaps, and scores. We use it to run the league: schedules, scoring, leaderboards, handicaps, skins, standings, and league messages sent by email or text.
Information collected automatically
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser type, device, approximate location, and pages visited. It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Hosting and security. Our site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and app (for example, hosting, analytics, email, and text messaging providers), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. League information is visible to members of that league as needed to run it, such as names and scores on a leaderboard.
Data retention
We keep contact messages as long as needed to respond and follow up. League data is kept while the league's account is active. A league admin can ask us to delete league data at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@leaderboardcaddie.com. You can opt out of league text messages by replying STOP and out of emails using the unsubscribe link.
Children
LeaderBoard Caddie is intended for adults who run and play in golf leagues. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
